Mini lemon pie with Kalá cookies

Ingredients:

100g of Kalá with Oatmeal, almonds and chia (5 cookies)

2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt

3 tbsp of melted butter

1/3 cup of lemon juice

Stevia

Galletas Kalá almendras chía 216g

Preparation:

  1. Crush the cookies.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of melted butter and mix it.
  3. In another bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with the lemon juice.
  4. It's time to serve: first add a base of crushed cookies, then a layer of yoghurt and keep adding layers until reaching the top of the cup.
